Rotary Shifter Tester

The rotary shifter test system rotates the shifter knobs into position while communicating with the shifter over ethernet via CAN protocol to evaluate the state of the shifter as well as to communicate necessary information to the shifter in order for it to function properly. Similar systems can also test the breaking points and rotary forces required to rotate the shifters. Stations can function independently and be configured to operate under different test profiles, which are configured by the user prior to the test and additionally determine the number of cycles and data collection parameters.
