Engine Flip

Our engine flip station cab integrate with a pre-existing engine assembly line. Once the pallet containing the part enters the engine flip station, a lift and locate mechanism picks up the motor and pallet. The grabber arm on the flip station moves into position to grab the motor. The lift and locate cylinder then lowers to allow the motor to separate from the pallet. The grabber then rotates the motor 180 degrees. The lift and locate raises again and locks the pallet onto the flip side of the motor. The grabber then releases the motor and the grabber arm moves out of the way so the pallet and motor can be lowered back to the assembly line.
