Radiator Assembly Machine

This Radiator Assembly Machine takes a stack of radiator tubes and compresses them to fit a header on each side. Clamps hold the radiator in place so the headers can be started on the sides of the radiator. The Expander then rolls up along the width of the radiator evening out the header. The Expander tooling then extends out to expand the tubes and seal the ends of the radiator.
