Pedal durability testers are designed and capable of testing multiple units at once. Any combination of of pedal packs may be tested, including accelerator, brake, clutch and parking brake. The program for this tester was created using LabVIEW. A variety of test parameters can be adjusted via the set-up dialog prior to beginning a test. Tests such as driving force and resistance conditions applied and output force where applicable, as well as, sensor and switch information from the pedal.
