Our Pallet Unloading System is designed to unload or load pallets onto existing assembly conveyors. The unloading system has two bays for pallets. Pallets are loaded into the first bay and unloaded from the second bay. A stack of pallets gets manually loaded into the first bay and the conveyor moves them into the second bay once it is empty. A grabber takes pallets from the second bay and sets them on an assembly conveyor. The pallet unloader was originally loaded by hand and using this system prevents back or neck injuries that can occur when loading heavy pallets.
