Envelope Loader

Our envelope loader is a two-part system which loads bulk envelopes into two separate feeding systems. Two stream feeders divide the envelopes onto a conveyor system. Envelopes are loaded into mailboxes, which are filled exactly to the desired height. A servo system moves the envelopes from the mailboxes into hoppers. The hoppers feed the envelopes into the stream feeder to be sorted.
