EGR Radiator Core Tester

EGR Radiator Core Tester is designed to pressure test radiator cores. An operator will load a core into the machine and shut the door. The servo motor will press the edges of the core headers against gaskets on both sides of the tooling. The core will then pressurize. The pressure will then be held for 20 seconds. The servo will retract upon a passed test and the marker will eject for the operator to mark. Otherwise, the machine will fail the core and have to be reset manually.
