Dip Line Coating System

Our dip line systems can use parts that are manually or automatically hung. The system uses an overhead conveyor system and custom-made tanks to dip parts into a primer and then a top coat. The parts are moved into a provided pre-heated oven where the parts are dried. The parts are then manually or automatically unloaded and ready for packaging based on the customers design preferences.
