Automatic Banding System

This automatic banding system is designed to automatically band bundles of large cardboard tubes. The system consists of two, ten-foot conveyors set end to end, with an automatic plastic bander integrated between them. The tubes are stacked on the infeed conveyor that is guarded to allow up to 12 tubes. The conveyor is activated once the operator is satisfied with the amount stacked. The infeed conveyor pushes the stack of tubes through the bander and onto the output conveyor. The operator may choose the spacing of the bands. The wrapped bundle is push out of the output conveyor once it is completely banded.
