Tire Flip

This tire flip station is designed to flip heavy tires on an assembly line. An operator pushes a tire down a conveyor and into the flip station. An operator places a finger from each hand into two separate touch buttons. The flip station then rotates 180 degrees flipping the tire and holding into position. The operator then removes the tire from the flip station manually. The operator then loads another tire into the station and again place fingers into the touch buttons to rotate the flip station back into the original position and unload the tire.
