Designed to perform various tests on heavy duty hydraulic motors. A custom hydraulic power unit pumps oil through the motor at a rate specified by parameters controlled via a PC or PLC. The stand performs a torque test wherein the brake motor opposes the motion of the hydraulic motor up to a specified torque and records the relevant data (torque, flow rate, motor speed, pressure differential), providing a pass or fail. This test is optionally run with reverse flow; optional low flow and high flow delta pressure tests are subsequently run. Oil cleanliness is also monitored. Data is recorded in the plant database, and the motor is raised and released as the doors open.
